WHAT WE BELIEVE
One God:
We believe that there is One God and creator of all, one true and living God (Genesis 1:1, Deuteronomy 6:4, Isaiah 44:6,8,24; 45:21-23, Ephesians 4:5-6). We believe that the bible is the immutable word of God, and given by the inspiration of God (2 Tim 3: 16); and that God has revealed himself to man through His Son Jesus (John 14:7-9, Colossians 1:13-17, 1 Timothy 3:16), thus making Jesus Absolutely God. Jesus was both fully God and fully man simultaneously (1Timothy 2:5). We believe that the sin nature of man due to the fall in the Garden of Eden; required atonement through the sinless sacrifice of blood, to reconcile man to God. We believe God became that sacrifice, manifesting himself in the form of Jesus Christ, the Son of God according to the flesh (John 1:1, 14, 2 Corinthians 5:19, 1 Timothy 3:16, 1 Peter 1:19-20, Revelation 13:8)
Holy Savior:
God is a Spirit (John 4:24), and His Spirit is Holy (Leviticus 11:44-45). The Holy Ghost (when man is filled) is Christ in you (John 14:26), the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27). We believe that God is the only savior of man (Isaiah 43:10-12), and that salvation was accomplished through the incarnation in Jesus Christ (Mathew 1:21-23, Acts 4:12, 1Tim 3:16).
Salvation:
We believe that in order to obtain salvation through Jesus Christ, there must be a spiritual cleansing and regeneration. We believe that there are three fundamental elements of salvation. Repentance is a required element of salvation (Mathew 3:2, Luke 24: 44-47, 2 Peter 3:9). We believe that water baptism (John 3:5, Mark 16:16, Acts 2:38, 10: 48, 19:5) full emersion, in the Name of Jesus Christ is a required element of salvation. We believe the infilling of the Holy Ghost, with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance (Acts 2:4, 38, 10:44-46, 19:6), is a required element of salvation. We believe one is saved only after all three elements of salvation have been fulfilled.
Living Holy:
We believe that one who has been regenerated in accordance with the scriptures as indicated above, must live Holy and by the word of God, and conviction of the Spirit of God (Leviticus 20:7-8, 1Peter 1:13-16). One must allow the Spirit of God to change their way of living and thinking (Romans 12:1-2); a lifestyle of holiness in their daily walk with Christ (Hebrews 12:14).
